10. Tuxedo Mask

Number 10 in !
This time it's the mysterious helper of the Sailor girls, Tuxedo Mask!
Tuxedo Mask always arrives on the scene just when the Sailor girls need him most. He does this using his special roses.
I tried making my own background for this, but I figured that Tuxedo needed a background with roses. So i decided to re-use the lovely rose background by that I used for Naru Osaka.
