's Secret Santa and is for the lovely !I figured as I've been drawing a lot of her Confectionists that perhaps I should try drawing one of her other OC's and I found the adorable Sailor Celestial. 
To be honest I don't actually know all that much about her in terms of her personality etc. but I adore her fuku and her overall cuteness so I decided she was the perfect character to draw for her!
